Good verbal communication skills, reliability, ability to interact with young children and confidence.
Coaching experience would be an advantage but not essential.
All employees need to be DBS checked (formerly CRB) which will be arranged by ourselves on commencement of employment.
You will be given first aid training and the opportunity to gain an FA Level 1 coaching qualification.
You will be required to get to the venue and also to transport the required equipment to and from the venue and so a driving licence and your own vehicle would be a big advantage.
