Little Kickers Coaching Operations Manager involves coaching Little Kickers classes to an
excellent standard, carrying out quality management across the operational business and leading the continuous improvement of the Little Kickers product and coaching team
1. To act as a role model Lead Coach at allocated Little Kickers sessions
2. To undertake a range of functions to ensure the maintenance and monitoring of a healthy, productive and safe environment at all times at all Little Kickers workplaces
3. To report to and coordination with the employer to ensure the maintenance of the highest possible quality Little Kickers sessions at all times
